Nice and helpful hotel staff. Room was quiet.
Very-very small bathroom with no bidet - which is a bit uncommon here in Italy.

The room I stayed in was affordable, the coffee was great, the complimentary WiFi was excellent, and the service, including early check-in.

It was close to both the train station (15 minute walk) and the port (10 minute walk). While I saw 1 direction sign for the hotel I did have to ask once when we got closer because some of the street names are not well marked.
The steps up to the main floor and rooms were hard to carry heavy luggage up. The staff said they would have a elevator installed by next year?

The hotel is in a nice quiet location and is of a reasonable quality for the money paid
As it is an older building, the hot water system for the shower didn't work when I left the hotel early in the morning. Threre is some noise for those on the first floor where the reception is until 2300 when it closes.

We stayed at Hotel Porto Di Roma on our way from da Vinci airport to Sardinia, and it was a very convenient stay. The hotel is close to several restaurants as well as the cruise/ferry port and the train station, and it is no problem to walk to and from both the port and the train, even with heavy luggage. The staff was helpful and fairly english-speaking (for Italy), and even though the hotel at this point did not serve breakfast, there was automats to get water, coke and chokolate from.
A bit difficult to find at first - make shure you are well prepared with a map once you get to Civitavecchia. With a map, it should be easy to find.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the town Civitavecchia, being a part of the atmosphere in this charming district. Simplicity & order, warmth & friendliness are my cues! There ws no lift, but the receptionist carried my bag to the room - with a smile(!) The hotel is in walking distance from the trainstation.

The room was neat, it had free wi-fi. Also, location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, relatively close to Civitavecchia railway. A market and many local stores were right next door.
